• Free Fitting Alterations:
  • We leave extra margin cloth inside every custom-stitched blouse.
  • If your blouse requires minor size adjustments, notify us within 7 days of receiving your package, and our tailors will alter it free of charge.
• Customized Services (Maggam, Embroidery, Fall-Pico):
  • Because custom embroidery and stitched finishing are made exclusively for your measurements and fabric, these services are non-refundable.
  • If there is an error in craftsmanship or a defect on our end, please reach out to us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will promptly rectify or redo the work.
• Ready-to-Wear Sarees & Products:
  • Unused, unstitched sarees in original condition with tags intact can be exchanged or returned within 5 days of delivery.
• Order Cancellations:
  • Custom embroidery orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of booking, before our design tracing and cutting process begins.
