How do I provide my blouse measurements?
You can either send a well-fitting sample blouse through our doorstep pickup/courier service or provide your basic bust, waist, and sleeve measurements over WhatsApp.
How long does Maggam and embroidery work take?
Computer embroidery and saree finishing (fall-pico and kuchu) usually take 2 to 4 working days. Detailed hand Maggam bridal work takes 7 to 14 days depending on the design.
Can I send my own saree fabric or blouse material?
Yes. You can courier your saree or blouse piece directly to our Telangana studio, or choose from our in-house premium fabrics and saree collections.
Will the embroidery match my saree's border and color?
Yes. Our designers color-match zari, silk threads, beads, and stones to complement your saree's exact shade and contrast border before starting the work.

Delivery, Alterations & Payments

What happens if the blouse fitting needs an adjustment?
We leave standard margin cloth inside every stitched blouse. If you need any minor fitting adjustment, simply send it back and we will alter it free of charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and Bank Transfers.
Can I place an urgent order for an upcoming wedding or puja?
Yes. We accept express delivery requests for fall-pico, tassels, and computer embroidery depending on current studio slots. Please contact us on WhatsApp directly for rush orders.
How are delicate silk sarees and Maggam blouses packed for delivery?
Every finished garment is neatly pressed, packed with protective paper wrapping, and sealed in water-resistant packaging to prevent any snagging or transit damage.
